The Company announces that it will today post its annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and proxy form, to shareholders.  The annual report and accounts and notice of AGM will shortly be published on the Company's website, www.maintel.co.uk.
 
The AGM will take place at 10.00am on 13 May 2019 at the Company's offices at 160 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8EZ.
