Notice of Annual General Meeting

Maintel Holdings Plc announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") at 2:30 p.m. on 9 May 2022 at the Company's offices at 160 Blackfriars
Road, London SE1 8EZ.

The Board is committed to providing an open AGM and those who wish to attend
the meeting will be welcome. However, because of the ongoing risks inherent in
holding large meetings, the Board encourages shareholders to vote by proxy
this year rather than attending in person. Any changes to the accessibility of
the AGM will be communicated via RNS announcement and on the Company's
website.

A notice of AGM, together with a form of proxy, has been posted to the
Company's shareholders today. The notice of AGM will shortly also be available
on the Company's website, www.maintel.co.uk/investors
(http://www.maintel.co.uk/investors) .

notice of AGM.
