Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company announces that it posted its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and accompanying proxy form, to shareholders on 23 March 2015.A copy of the annual report and accounts has also been published on the Company's website, www.maintel.co.uk.
The AGM will take place at 10.00am on 28 April 2015 at the Company's offices at 61 Webber Street, London SE1 0RF.
