held at its offices at 160 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8EZ, on 30 May 2023
at 2:00 p.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December
2022, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted
today, 4 May 2023, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive
