This announcement corrects certain errors included in the Director/PDMR Shareholding disclosures published on the 23rd November 2018 under RNS 3755I and 3751I.
RNS 3755I: The total resultant shareholding of Mr Rowan Gormley, Chief Executive Officer, was incorrectly reported as 4,544,581 Ordinary Shares and is corrected to be 4,394,581 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.09% of the Company's total share capital.
RNS 3751L: The total resultant shareholding of Mr Derek Hardy, Group Chief Technology Officer, was incorrectly reported as 100,879 Ordinary Shares and is corrected to be 110,732 Ordinary Shares.
No other amendments have been made to the disclosures which are copied below in their corrected form.

Majestic Wine PLC announces that Rowan Gormley, Chief Executive Officer, bought ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
15 700 Ordinary Shares at a price of 316 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the transfer, Mr. Gormley's beneficial interest in the Company will be 4,394,581 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
