Majestic Wine PLC announces that James Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, and persons closely associated with him, bought ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
7500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 310.49 pence per Ordinary Share
3500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 311.24 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the transfer, Mr. Crawford's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with him will be 85,144 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
