Annual General Meeting and Annual Report & Accounts
Majestic Wine PLC confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday 8 August 2019 at Norvic House, 29-33 Chapelfield Road, Norwich, NR2 1RP.
The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 1 April 2019, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have now been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at: www.majesticwineplc.co.uk or by request on the below details.
As part of the Group Transformation Plan, the Board of Majestic Wine PLC proposes that the Company change its name to "Naked Wines PLC", in order to align it with the strategy moving forward. The TIDM will remain as WINE. The name change is expected to become effective in August.
