    ** Asia Vision Network, parent co of Indonesian OTT platform
Vision+, to merge with MLAC, the companies say
    ** Deal will value combined co at pro forma enterprise value
of $573 mln; it is expected to fetch $135 mln in net proceeds

    ** Transaction expected to close in late Q2 or early Q3 of
