Dublin-Ireland, 15 September 2023: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth
Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), received notification on 14 September
2023 from Mr Sean O'Driscoll  that, as of 13 September 2023, he holds an
interest in 1,365,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each which
represents 7.195%* of the issued share capital of Malin.

 

*This percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of
18,970,652 ordinary shares.
