Malin received notification on 1 November 2023 from the National Treasury
Management Agency, as controller and manager of the Ireland Strategic
Investment Fund, that, as of 21 March 2023, it holds an interest in 1,974,152
ordinary shares of €0.001 each which represents 10.41%* of the issued share
capital of Malin.

 *This percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of
18,970,652 ordinary shares.
