Dublin-Ireland, 10 July 2024: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth
Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), received notification today from Mr
Sean O'Driscoll  that, as of 10 July 2024, he holds an interest in 2,138,500
ordinary shares of €0.01 each which represents 11.32%* of the issued
share capital of Malin.

 

*This percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of
18,889,274 ordinary shares.
