Dublin-Ireland, 4 April 2025: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth
Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), received notification today from the
Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF)  that, as of 4 April 2025, it holds
an interest in 405,242 ordinary shares of €0.01 each which
represents 9.37%* of the issued share capital of Malin.

 

*This percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 4,326,168
ordinary shares.
