Dublin-Ireland, 8 April 2025: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth
Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), received notification on 8
April from Mr Sean O'Driscoll that, as of 7 April 2025, he holds an
interest in 435,172 ordinary shares of €0.01 each which
represents 10.05%* of the issued share capital of Malin.

 

*This percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 4,329,360
ordinary shares.
