Results of 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

Dublin-Ireland, 26 March 2026: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth
Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), a company investing in highly innovative
life sciences companies, today announces that each of the resolutions proposed
at its Annual General Meeting held today in Dublin were passed.

 

The full text of each resolution was included in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting of the Company circulated to shareholders on 2 March 2026 and made
available on the Company's website.
