Result of Placing 
Dublin-Ireland, 26 January 2018: Malin (ISE:MLC) is pleased to announce the completion of the equity placing announced this morning (the "Placing"). A total of 3,132,130 new ordinary shares of the Company (the "Placing Shares") have been placed with investors at a price of 8.88 per share (the "Placing Price"), to raise approximately 28 million of gross proceeds.
Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to the Enterprise Securities Market ("ESM") of the Irish Stock Exchange ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission of the Placing Shares will become effective, and dealing in the Placing Shares on the ESM will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 31 January 2018. The Placing is conditional upon, inter alia, Admission becoming effective.
Following Admission of the Placing Shares, Malin's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 45,526,651ordinary shares of nominal value 0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Placing Shares represent approximately 7.3% of the Company's issued share capital prior to the Placing.
Capitalised terms used, but not defined in this announcement, have the same meanings as set out in the announcement released by the Company earlier today, in relation to the Placing.
