Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills
development partner, announces that the Company has been advised that Alan
Carroll, non-executive director, has today purchased 6,700 shares at 13.5p.
Following the purchase, Mr Carroll's total holdings together with those of his
wife is now 751,826 shares, which represents 3.08% of the issued share
capital.
