development partner, announces the Company has been advised that Mark Elliott,
non-executive chairman, has  today sold 230,200 ordinary shares at 17p in his
main dealing account and that he has purchased 230,200 ordinary shares within
his SIPP at 17.02p.  Mr Elliott's total holdings together with those of his
wife remain unchanged at 582,277 ordinary shares.
