Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills
development partner, announces the Company has been advised that Alan Carroll,
non-executive director, on Friday, 27  September 2024 sold 30,750 ordinary
shares at 19.0p in his main dealing account and that he has purchased 30,750
ordinary shares within his SIPP at 19.1p.  Mr Carroll's total holdings
together with those of his wife remain unchanged at 751,826 ordinary shares.
