Chief Executive Officer, has  today sold 241,953 ordinary shares at 17p in
his main dealing account and that he has purchased 241,953 ordinary shares
within his SIPP at 17.0125p.  Mr Mace's total holdings together with those of
his wife remain unchanged at 1,844,802 ordinary shares.
