development partner, announces the Company has been advised that Richard Mace,
Chief Executive Officer, has today sold 222,253 ordinary shares at 18p in his
main dealing account and that he has purchased 222,253 ordinary shares within
his SIPP at 18.01p.  Mr Mace's total holdings together with those of his wife
remain unchanged at 1,844,802 ordinary shares.
