Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills
development partner, announces the Company has been advised that Richard Mace,
Chief Executive Officer, on 7 October 2025 sold 102,508 ordinary shares at 20p
in his main dealing account and that he has purchased 102,508 ordinary shares
within his ISA at 20.03p.  Mr Mace's total holdings together with those of
his wife remain unchanged at 1,844,802 ordinary shares.
