development partner, announces the Company has been advised that Alan Carroll,
Non-Executive Director, on 9 April 2026 sold 90,705 ordinary shares at 21.5p
in his main dealing account and that he has purchased 90,204 ordinary shares
within his ISA at 21.5p.  As a result, Mr. Carroll's total holdings in the
Company comprise 951,325 ordinary shares.
