Issue of Warrants

Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills
development partner, announces that the Company have issued BOOST&CO
("BOOST") warrants over 115,583 ordinary shares  (as adjusted by the share
reorganisation in October 2022) ("Warrants") in accordance with the terms of
the debt restructuring announced on 4 March 2022. The Warrants have an
exercise price of 1.06 pence (as adjusted by the share reorganisation in
October 2022).
