Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills
development partner, announces the Company has been advised that Marzena Mace,
wife of Richard Mace, Chief Executive Officer, has  today sold 69,000
ordinary shares at 17p in her main dealing account and that she has purchased
68,762 ordinary shares within her ISA at 17.05p.  Mr Mace's total holdings
together with those of his wife stand at 1,844,564 ordinary shares.
