** Shares of frozen foods distributor MamaMancini's Holdings
 MMMB.O  up ~9% at $3 aftermarket
    ** Co reports higher Q1 revenue from a year ago benefitting
from growing demand for its affordable and easy-to-prepare meal
solutions
    ** Revenue in Q1 rises 6% to $23.1 mln
    ** Also posts net income rise to $1.4 mln in Q1, or 4 cents
per share, compared to $0.1 mln, or breakeven from a year ago
    ** Up to today's close, stock had risen 53.2% so far in 2023
