Man Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 2 September 2025 that the individuals listed below, being PDMRs of the Company, were granted options under the Man Group 2019 Sharesave Scheme to acquire ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company at an option price of 133 pence per share.
