Man Group (UK): Scheme of Arrangement
Informative Notice

FTSE Russell has noted the Scheme of Arrangement in Man Group (UK, B83VD95, FTSE 250, Global Small Cap) in order to affect the change in incorporation from the UK to Jersey. Shareholders in Man Group will receive shares in the new Man Group (UK, BJ1DLW9) on a one for one basis. FTSE Russell confirms that Man Group will retain it's existing index memberships.




In accordance with the current timetable and subject to shareholder approval and court sanctioning, the scheme of reconstruction is expected to become effective on the 28th May 2019.
