In accordance with Listing Rule LR 6.4.9(2), Man Group plc (the "Company")
announces that Dixit Joshi, a non-executive director of the Company, has been
appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Group Risk and Capital
Management Committee of Nedbank Group Ltd, a company listed on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange with secondary listings on the Namibian Stock
Exchange and A2X Markets, with effect from 15 January 2026.
