Man Group plc (the "Company"), was notified on 16 March 2020 that Mark Jones, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents at a price of 93.4145 pence.
The Company was also notified on 16 March 2020 that Luke Ellis, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 123,018 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents at a price of 94.9907 pence. On 17 March 2020 it was notified that Luke Ellis purchased 626,982 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents at a price of 95.00 pence.
