Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Man Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 6 September 2022 that
the individual listed below, being a PDMR of the Company, was granted an
option under the Man Group 2019 Sharesave Scheme to acquire ordinary shares of
3(3/7) US cents each in the Company at an option price of 201 pence per share.
