Directorate Change

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that Jacqueline (Jackie) Hunt has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and as a member of the
Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect
and will therefore not be seeking re-election at the Company's Annual General
Meeting on 5 May 2023.  The Company would like to thank Jackie for her
contribution while on the Board and wishes her all the best in her future
endeavours.

This announcement is made in compliance with the Company's obligations under
Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
