Listing Application
Pursuant to the announcement made on 3 January 2017 confirming the completion of the acquisition of Aalto Invest Holding AG by Man Group plc (the "Company") on 1 January 2017 (the "Acquisition"), applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List of 5,650,862 newordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company (the "Shares") and to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). 
The Shares are offered as partial upfront consideration for the Acquisition and Admission is expected to occur on 6 January 2017.
