Re-registration of Man Group plc (UK) as a private limited company and corresponding change of name effective
Earlier today, the scheme of arrangement between Man Group plc (incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company no. 08172396) (the Company) and its shareholders, pursuant to which Man Group plc (incorporated in Jersey, with registered number 127570) has been introduced as the new ultimate holding company for the group, became effective.  Following the scheme becoming effective, the Company has been re-registered as a private limited company and changed its name to Man Group Limited with effect from today.
