Transaction in our own shares
Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 7th March 2018 it purchased for cancellation 795,535 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 166.1192 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 13th October 2017. The highest price paid per share was 167.55 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 163.85 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 28,175,210 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 188.0112 pence per share.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,625,850,185.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
