Transactions in own shares

 

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange
through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of its US$125 million share buyback
programme announced on 8 December 2021.

 

 Date of purchase:                     18 January 2022

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:  239,432

 Time of transaction:                  08:00 to 16:30

 Highest price per share:              216.0000

 Lowest price per share:               212.9000

 Weighted average price per share:     214.1085

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the
purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 83,732,144 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,389,375,669 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares). (Note: This figure takes into account the
transfer from treasury of 36,522 ordinary shares on 18 January 2022 in order
to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme).

 

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has
repurchased 10,293,073 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average
price of 219.1266 pence per share.

 

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's
website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
