Transactions in own shares

 

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange
as part of its US$125 million share buyback programme announced on 9 March
2023.

 

 Date of purchase:                     10 March 2023

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:  1,883,156

 Time of transaction:                  08:20 to 16:30

 Highest price per share:              284.2000

 Lowest price per share:               279.6000

 Weighted average price per share:     282.3430

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the
purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 72,804,813 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,240,545,146 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares). Note: This figure takes into account the
transfer from treasury of 5,458,697 ordinary shares on 10 March 2023 pursuant
to the vesting of awards under various partner share plans.

 

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has
repurchased 1,883,156 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price
of 282.3430 pence per share.

 

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's
website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
