Transactions in own shares

 

At the Annual General Meeting of Man Group plc (the "Company") held on 5 May
2023, shareholders approved a resolution to purchase up to 124,190,442
ordinary shares of the Company. Accordingly, the Company announces that the
US$125 million share buyback programme announced on 9 March 2023 has
recommenced and that the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US
cents have been purchased.

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:  1,404,095

 Time of transaction:                  11:45 to 16:30

 Highest price per share:              215.4000

 Lowest price per share:               211.6000

 Weighted average price per share:     213.8073

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the
purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 106,981,747 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,206,368,212 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares).

 

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has
repurchased 36,154,336 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average
price of 244.1395 pence per share.

 

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's
website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
