Transactions in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company"), announces that it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange
as part of its US$50 million share buyback programme announced on 05 March
2024.

 Time of transaction:                  8:00 to 16:30
 Highest price per share:              251.6000
 Lowest price per share:               248.6000
 Weighted average price per share:     250.0371

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the
purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 109,495,545 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,203,854,414 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares). Note: This figure takes into account the
transfer from treasury of 58,842 ordinary shares on 12 March 2024 in order to
satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme.

 

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has
repurchased 770,000 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price
of 248.2732 pence per share.

 

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's
website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
