Date of purchase: 02 September 2025 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 157,958 Time of transaction: 08:00 to 16:17 Highest price per share: GBp 164.40 Lowest price per share: GBp 156.40 Weighted average price per share: GBp 159.57 The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 69,312,277 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,160,048,952 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 31,666,745 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 181.15 pence per share. All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
