** EMG reports AUM of $213.9 billion as at September 30, 2025 vs Jefferies estimate of $201.7 billion

** Co reports total net flows of $9.7 billion in the quarter ended September 30 vs Jefferies consensus of $1.7 billion

** Up to Thursday's close, stock had fallen 12.36% YTD
