Man Infraconstruction Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 04, 2016, inter alia, has approved declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.99 per share (Paise Ninety Nine Only) (i.e. 49.50%) on 24,75,00,270 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 2/- each, for the Financial Year 2015-16.
