as 6.4% to a record high of 212.9 rupees
    ** Construction and engineering co gets commencement
certificate for its uber-luxurious residential project in Mumbai
    ** MANI says project expected to generate revenue of 12 bln
rupees ($144.28 million) in next 4 years
    ** More than 5.2 mln shares change hands, 1.5x its 30-day
avg
    ** Stock on track for third straight quarterly gain, if
trend holds; up 38.4% for the quarter so far
    ** Including session's gains, stock up over 174% YTD
