4.5% to record high of 217 rupees, currently trading 3.9% higher
** The construction engineering co says it will redevelop a
property in Mumbai, which is expected to generate 5 bln rupees
($60.16 mln) in revenue
** Shares of MANI were trading ~2% higher before the news
** Stock on track to rise for three straight quarters,
gaining ~216% during the period
** MANI traded most in a quarter since Sept-qtr FY22
** Stock extends YTD rise to ~192%, its second-highest
yearly gain since listing in March 2010
