** Shares of Indian civil construction company Man
Infraconstruction Ltd  MANI.NS  rise as much as 3.15% to 85.05
rupees, their highest since Oct. 14
    ** MANI said on Thursday it would consider payment of
interim dividend for the current fiscal year
    ** Co is engaged in the services of engineering, procurement
and construction (EPC) as well as real estate development
    ** More than 1,90,000 shares change hands by 0718 GMT vs
30-day avg of 3,24,721 shares
    ** Stock down 19% so far this year, as of last close
