** Had soared 35% after MGRX announced a partnership with Eli Lilly LLY.N and Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO to sell the drugmakers' blockbuster weight-loss drugs through its platform

** Late afternoon, Novo and Lilly said they
do not have a weight-loss drug partnership
 with Mangoceuticals

** Mangoceuticals did not respond to request for comment

** The stock is down 25.3% YTD
