Manolete (AIM:MANO), a leading UK insolvency litigation financing company, announces that on 5 July 2019 the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Steven Cooklin, was granted options over 6,741 ordinary shares of 0.4p each pursuant to Part A of the Manolete Partners Plc Company Share Option Plan 2018.  The options, which are subject to an exercise price of £4.45 per share, will vest on a one-third per annum basis but may not be exercised until the third anniversary of the date of grant.
