Grant of Share Options
 
Manolete (AIM:MANO), a leading UK insolvency litigation financing company, announces that on 9 December 2019 the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Mark Tavener, was granted options over 64,593 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") pursuant to Part B of the Manolete Partners Plc Company Share Option Plan 2018.  The options, which are subject to an exercise price of £4.30 per share, will vest on a one-third per annum basis but may not be exercised until the third anniversary of the date of grant. 
 
This award of options to Mr Tavener is part of a reallocation of 193,781 share options held by the past Chief Financial Officer, Patrick Lineen, which lapsed on his cessation of employment.  Accordingly, the award has not increased the total number of shares expected to be issued under the Company's share plans.
