Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
 
Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to Shareholders.
 
Copies of both documents are now available on its investor relations website at https://investors.manolete-partners.com/results-reports/results-centre.
 
The AGM will be held by video conference at 10:00am on 21 September 2021.  Due to the continued Covid-19 pandemic, whilst shareholders are permitted to attend the meeting in person, alternative arrangements have been made to enable shareholders to watch the proceedings and the Chief Executive's presentation remotely.  Any shareholder who wishes to attend the meeting remotely may register to do so by emailing manolete@instinctif.com by no later than 14 September 2021.  Further details are provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
