Aug 12 (Reuters) - Mapletree Commercial Trust  MACT.SI : 
 * Says dbs trustee limited (in its capacity as trustee of mct) has entered into 
   a term loan facility of s$800,000,000 
 * Should any prepayment event occur, aggregate level of the facility and 
   existing outstanding borrowings of mct that may be affected is about s$2.15 
   billion
