    ** Company in bid for reagent vendor Maravai LifeSciences
Holdings  MRVI.O , according to a Reuters report citing people
familiar with the matter
    ** MRVI shares rise 21.71% to $9.70
    ** Maravai, a vaccine capping reagent vendor, has become a
takeover target after it lost nearly 80% of its value from its
August 2021 peak, as it struggled to diversify beyond COVID-19
vaccines after the pandemic subsided
    ** RGEN stock down ~22% while MRVI stock up ~47%, YTD
